It was very well organized. We took a van up to the top, had a great guided tour outside the castle, and an audio tour inside—that was good, too. It was even more beautiful than I expected! I highly recommend it!

A magnificent castle—there’s not much more to say. It’s definitely worth a visit, no ifs, ands, or buts.
Our guide, Steven, was fabulous: punctual, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He conveys passion and expertise with every word. WELL DONE!
The tour went very well—from the meeting point to the bus ride up the hill to the carriage ride back down, everything was perfect.

Das war wirklich ein sehr interessantes und schönes Tag. Das hat sehr gut geklappt. Ich war vor 15 Minuten da, zu Fuß hoch gegangen. Der Weg war auch sehr schön und grün. Der Schloss war schön, es ist auf jeden Fall zu sehe. Die Geschichte mit Türkischen Teil war für mich als Türke sehr überraschend. Ich werde weiter empfehlen.

i did not read the instructions of course until I got to the actual ticket center by the castle to only find out the ticket pick up was at TRAIN station in Fussen which sucked. Other that that the tour was done by the castle employees and was amazing.

Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived; we were warmly welcomed and given accurate information about the tour. The tour itself was simply perfect—no words needed—an incredible hike in surroundings that were simply enchanting, just like a real fairy tale.
